  • By default, certificates are issued in the language of the training.
  • Upon request, we can issue a certificate in an additional language (e.g., English, German, Russian, Spanish, or another language of your choice – up to 14 available languages).
  • We recommend informing us immediately after completing the training if you require an additional copy of the certificate in another language. It’s much easier to arrange this right after the course rather than searching for this option 1–5 years later, when the certificate might be needed in a different language.
  • Reissuing a certificate or providing an additional language version more than three months after course completion is subject to a fee, as we need to retrieve the records from our archive.
  • If participants choose to take quizzes after completing the training modules, they can earn a diploma to certify their understanding of the course content:
    • 70%+ correct answers – a diploma is sent as a PDF.

Wir organisieren Residentschulungen hauptsächlich in Deutschland und Polen, sind aber auch offen für die Organisation von Schulungen in anderen europäischen Ländern. Wir hatten bereits das Vergnügen, Teilnehmer vor Ort in Ländern wie Mexiko, Russland und Marokko zu schulen.

Can I get a duplicate of my certificate if I completed the training two years ago and lost it? Is it possible to issue a new one in a different language?

Yes, it is possible to issue a duplicate certificate, even in a different language. However:

  • If more than 3 months have passed since the completion of your training, there is a fee of 15 EUR for reissuing the certificate, plus shipping costs for a physical copy.
  • Before requesting a duplicate, please check your old emails from office@rolbatch.eu. Certificates were originally sent to you via email, and you may still find the original PDF version there.

If you cannot locate the email or require a paper version, please contact us, and we will arrange for a reissued certificate.
